Outline of the role; The South East Trade Representatives are responsible for the specification and sale of the extensive range of quality products and services encompassed within the highly regarded and respected Porcelanosa band. The appropriate person will provide office-based support to them with general administration duties to ensure sales requirements are achieved. The role comprises of many disciplines and skills and will require a flexible and professional approach. Key skills and responsibilities of the job; Preparing quotes and processing client orders Checking availability of product and reserving stock Coordinate with other departments e.g. Purchasing and Despatch Checking customers’ orders, prices and discounts Advising customers on lead times and delivery expectations Preparing, printing and binding market and customer specific presentations Providing clients with appropriate samples or brochures Facilitating for sales team to ensure their effective time with clients Liaising with customers and manging correspondence Updating the sales team on news relevant to their customers Maintaining client databases Dealing with queries and enquires both over the phone and email Performing administrative duties Personal Attributes; Excellent People Skills Smart personal appearance Clear and positive communicator Previously experience in a customer focused and administration support role Good time management Ability to prioritise work load Pleasant and friendly telephone manner Education and Qualifications; Excellent communication and written skills Must be numerate Comprehensive knowledge Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages Previous experience in using SAP however not essential Benefits; Hours 08.00 to 17.00 Mon - Fri 23 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
