Overview
Due to expansion, our client is recruiting for a technical Sales Support Administrator for their offices based in Watford. This company functions internationally and has a global vision for improvement and innovation. This role would suit someone with a "can-do" attitude who has sales admin / sales support experience who has technical knowledge and is able to work effectively independently as well as in a team. The role involves providing support to the sales team by following up quotations and dealing with the order cycle, we are seeking candidates with some previous sales support/sales administration/account management experience from within a technical environment. Duties to include: Creating quotations and following up Sales order processing Checking stock availability and delivery timescales Providing high levels of advice to customers Responding to customer emails and phone calls Supporting sales team Reviewing customer trends to provide forecasts for stock required Dealing with customer issues quickly and efficiently Managing stock inventory and ensuring orders can be fulfilled Discussing pricing, lead times and quotes with customers Candidate requirements: Previous sales support, sales admin, account management experience essential Excellent customer service skills An understanding of technical products (must be able to demonstrate) Strong IT skills Team player Self-motivated, professional and hard working Looking for the next step in your career?
