Overview
Acorn is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative who has a valid Reach Forklift Licence with recent experience working in a busy warehouse, to work on an on-going temporary basis in mid-Cornwall. You must have Reach Truck experience and be willing to start straight away. The role is temporary ongoing with full time hours however potentially could become permanent in the future. The pay will be be upwards of £10.46 per hour. You must be flexible and be able to do shift work. Skills and responsibilities to include: Valid Forklift Licence Reach Truck and Counterbalance experience. Experience ideally in a production or industrial environment. Keen eye for detail. Sound reading and writing skills, as there is an element of administration and you will be required to complete essential paperwork accurately and neatly. Flexible approach to working alternate shifts as the business operates on a 24 hour basis. Provable work history and skill set. Ability to multi-task. Accurate, motivated, and thorough attitude. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site and shift patterns. In exchange for your time and experience our client will offer: A very competitive hourly rate rising after 12 weeks.
