Title: IT Software Project Consultant Language required: French Team: Implementation Team Location: Maidenhead in BERKSHIRE Salary : Up to £35,000 travel expenses other flexible benefits and also a flexible working culture Sector Technology The company This is a technology company that is spearheading positive changes in how businesses buy or borrow machinery & other equipment. The company creates and sells software solutions. The role Using your French daily, this role involves 1-2 days a month of travel to France to meet and train clients. You will: Manage software implementation projects across France, and coordinate the work and project schedule with the clients Liaising with clients face-to-face and over the 'phone in order to meet the highest service standards Collect customer feedback Liaise with global offices and with software re-seller partners in South Africa and Australia. There will be some travel involved to meet clients, train them on the software, and ensure projects run smoothly Requirements Fluent French An understanding of SQL Previous software project implementation experience Great organisational skills
