Sales Support Administrator Vacancy available in Reading Location Reading Pay £10.71 PAYE Holiday Days Monday to Friday (9:30am - 17:30pm) Contract Until December 2020 Job Overview To support the Account Managers who deal with Business Customers and supporting with after sales and all administration tasks relating to this. This will involve responding to our client's business customers queries/questions as well as other tasks in line with processes. This is a fast paced and pressurised environment with lots of internal departments, so you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships within the internal teams as well as customers. Key Responsibilities Working as part of a team, whilst using appropriate tools & resource, to provide quotations to customers and account manager in accordance with process and within SLA Demonstrating a good understanding of our clients Business Telecommunications product portfolio including process, pricing and systems Responsible for Customer Portal administration and delivering training to other users Working within shared inboxes to retrieve quote enquiries and action accordingly Responding to customer communications in appropriate timescales and professional manner Ensuring trackers are maintained and accurate so that data can be used for reporting Experience and personal attributes Excellent communicator who can build credible relationships up to director level, both within Virgin Media and with our customers An enthusiastic team player whose keen to collaborate and thrives on working closely with their peers A good level of IT literacy, with knowledge of standard office and internet applications, and in particular a good level of Excel knowledge is required Can maintain and navigate around spreadsheets comfortably to ensure accuracy and delivery reports Previous experience in a sales environment, or fast paced environment, to hit the ground running Agile thinking and ability to flex with the rhythms of the business Being resilient and able to multitask in a fast paced and often pressurised role Previous telecommunications exposure would be desirable, although not essential Former experience in contract/billings/legal/finance administrator role would be advantageous Next Stage Face to Face interview Start Date Asap Hays Talent Solutions is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
