Head of Treasury & Risk Challenger Bank £70/75K stock options Talentedge are proud to be partnering with a scaling Challenger Bank on a newly created position within the team as the Head of Treasury & Risk. You'll be reporting into the Head of Finance to manage the Financial Control, Risk & Treasury. My client is scaling internationally having already established themselves across 3 entities in London & Europe. This will be a hands-on role with a focus on implementing robust controls and systems to scale rapidly whilst offering fantastic opportunities for progression and growing a team. Responsibilities Implementation of Treasury function taking ownership of Group's financial risk including; stress testing & regulatory requirements Working closely with HoF and CFO to plan Ops and Investment requirements Management of liquidity, hedging & capital adequacy Implementation of financial control and policies Maintain external relationships with external auditors and banks Forecasting operational settlements and daily cash flows Managing queries from debt and equity investors on a day-to-day basis Ad-hoc work across the wider business Profile ACA qualified (mid-tier practice) with sufficient industry experience in a financial control & treasury role Experience working in the Financial Services sector with a desire to join a scale-up FinTech where you can add value Strong experience implementing systems and controls A confident individual who can drive decision-making processes and influence senior stakeholders
