Overview

The Firm My client is a leading multi-service law firm based in Manchester, who are growing rapidly to become a dynamic, vibrant and exciting law firm. Due to this continuous growth, they are now looking for EL/PL Solicitor/Litigation Executive to join their team in Manchester. The EL/PL Solicitor/Litigation Executive will be experienced in all stages of the Employment and Public Liability process from inception to completion. As well as running a busy EL/PL, under minimal supervision. Required Skills & Experience: Manage an existing caseload of portal and non-portal Employment and Public Liability files Conduct client interviews Instruct medical experts, review medical reports and arrange medical treatment as well as oversee the payment of related invoices. Draft documents in preparation for court proceedings and attend final court hearings where appropriate.
