Contracts Manager, well established business with strong project pipeline and exciting growth plans Your new company This well-established, specialist maintenance and refurbishment contractor in Bristol have an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects for a large portfolio of clients. They have a strong order book and exciting growth plans to double their turnover across the next five years. They have a strong, dynamic team who are mostly long serving with the company and a real ethos of team working and treating people in the right way. Due to ambitious growth plans they are looking to bring in a Contracts Manager with experience managing large contracts with local authorities, social housing organisations and the like. Your new role Reporting to the Operations Director you will drive projects to successful completion to match the client's expectations and to achieve the required profit margin. Site staff will report to you and you will manage those teams along with client facing elements of the contract including progress meetings etc. What you need to succeed You will be a naturally customer focused individual with a sound knowledge of maintenance and refurbishment projects, ideally for large organisations such as local authorities and housing associations. You will be a clear and concise communicator with experience in client facing roles. You will be a positive, driving force within the team and be able to work well with the existing team to manage client expectations and project delivery to the required standards. You will likely come from a trade background and have management experience of multiple concurrent projects.
