Overview
D&B Contracts Manager Your new company This well-established, specialist design and build company in Bristol have an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects for a large portfolio of clients from design and consultation through to completion. They have a strong, dynamic team who are mostly long serving with the company and a real ethos of team working and treating people in the right way. Due to ambitious growth plans they are looking to bring in two Contracts Managers, one being pre-contract with a very strong client focus during the design and consultation stages, the other being post-contract with a focus on project delivery. Your new role Reporting to the company Directors you will drive ensure projects are designed, priced and delivered to match the clients expectations and to achieve the required profit margin. The customer/client is king in this market so you will liaise with internal teams throughout the process to ensure the customer journey is second to none. What you need to succeed You will be a naturally customer focused individual with a sound knowledge of design and build construction projects ideally within the local area. You will be a clear and concise communicator with experience in pitching ideas and solutions to potential clients. You will be a positive, driving force within the team and be able to work well with the existing team to manage client expectations and project delivery to the required standards. You will likely come from a trade background and have management experience of multiple concurrent projects.
