Overview
This is an amazing opportunity to progress your internal communications / employee engagement experience within a fast moving. collaborative HR department Summary of role This role is responsible for engaging with staff across various departments within the Group. You will be a real team player, eager to get stuck in to this exciting and fast-paced industry and work hard. This role is part of a small team and so it is essential that you can use your initiative, be proactive and are comfortable working with senior managers and building strong links across various departments. Responsibilities • Maintain and develop the intranet site • Updates for internal newsletters - Ensure regular internal engagement articles are researched written and uploaded to the intranet weekly and submitted to e-newsletter. • Support Wellbeing, Corporate Society and Corporate events • All staff communication emails - coordinate ad hoc information about general information and staff events taking place. • Production of Quarterly Magazine • Support the HR department during the on boarding process • Active involvement in the production of materials for the Graduate program • Support and promote presence in social media; • Support the development and implementation of internal communication plans • Execute communications activities that support the priorities and strategy, drive employee engagement and a culture. • Develop compelling content for internal channels, including writing articles, written business updates, presentations, scripts and talking points, etc. • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across the organisation. • Actively support the Global internal communications and marketing strategy and contribute to the development of a more aligned approach (UN Sustainable Development Goals and Corporate Social Responsibility). • Develop and maintain meaningful and actionable metrics to measure reach and effectiveness of communications. Build reports to outline internal communications. • Proactively seek opportunities, positive stories and content that support internal communications objectives and empower and inspire employees. • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties relating to internal and external communications; Key skills • Excellent writing and communicating skills • Ability to work in a team as well as independently • Previous experience working within communications, especially employee engagement • MS Office, Sharepoint is a plus • Canva, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Canva, Umbraco • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Photography / Creativity The company offer an excellent salary / benefits plan coupled with a strong career path
