IT Project Manager – Office 365 & Sharepoint Central London £50,000 – 60,000 pa A leading law client based in London is seeking an experienced and versatile IT Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are seeking someone with extensive experience managing projects within Office 365 and SharePoint as most of the project work is focused within these areas. The client is just starting their journey in digital transformation and business change, with their focus on moving to Office 365, so it is a fantastic time to join and play a key role within the business. You’ll be involved in the initial project briefs and the outline of the business case with HLD’s to then go full business case. Reporting directly to the Head of Solutions, you’ll be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary project team (approx. 10 – 15 people) and managing multiple IT projects simultaneously. The first project you’ll be leading is a migration to SharePoint and some processes to Office 365, these are not simple transformation projects, you’ll be expected to change the businesses way of working and focus on how information is managed within the business. This role requires you to be versatile as there will also be other IT projects running simultaneously alongside key projects, predominately focused within IT Operations. Further responsibilities: •Develop relationships with key stakeholders •Manage the IT team’s Change Manager to ensure BAU at all times •Manage multi-disciplinary teams ensuring that work is of a high standard and support delivery when required •Manage project financial budgets (up to £500k) and resource effectively to deliver value •Apply Project Management standards across all projects including documentation of RAID logs, RACI charts, PDIs, project plans, change registers and financial control documents •Work collaboratively and effectively with external partners •Identify new methods and approaches to resolve business issues For this role you’ll need to have experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and experience of managing projects focused on SharePoint and Office365. You must have previous experience in managing projects that deliver SharePoint online solutions. Further skills required: •Proven experience in leading business change and IT projects, specifically within transition and system delivery •Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams •Strong stakeholder management skills •Working knowledge of MS Office Suits, including Office 365 (including MS Project and MS Visio) •Working knowledge of project planning tools (i.e. RAID log, backlog etc) •Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams •Strong influential, negotiation and interpersonal skills •Be a flexible and versatile individual to ensure deadlines are met and ability to change when required •Recognised Project Management certifications will be highly favoured •Any experience with Azure DevOps will be highly advantageous Salary up to £60k PA plus numerous company benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank), healthcare, dental care, life assurance, exceptional pension scheme, gym membership, flexible working etc.
