Client Details Our client is a well-established Kent based firm, that boast an investment in personal development, alongside a competitive salary and benefits. Excitingly, this firm is developing, so this role also offers the opportunity to be involved in this growth. Description Handle own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases including help to buy and new build Prepare and advise on a range of matters including tenancy agreements Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities for the department Profile The successful candidate will ideally have 2-4 years PQE but applications outside this bracket may be considered. They will be confident in handling their own caseload and will be passionate about the continuing growth of the residential property department.
