Competitive remunerations on offer for a Property Solicitor within a multi-office Kent practice. Managing a diverse caseload of property matters with a focus on commercial property, the successful solicitor will deliver high levels of client care and service at all times. Additionally, they will play a key role in the continued growth of the department. Secretarial support will also be provided as part of this position. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold transactions • Landlord and tenant matters • Sales and purchases • Business acquisition and sales • Refinancing • Deeds of surrender • Lease renewals • Participating in business development initiatives The Candidate • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE • Technically proficient in all aspects of commercial property • Residential and/or agricultural property experience is highly advantageous • Client-focused with outstanding communication skills • Able to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision • Be professional, personable and pro-active • Demonstrates an aptitude for business development The Firm Our client is an independent, full-service law firm in Kent which has been established in the area for over 170 years but has a modern, progressive approach.
