COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - ASHFORD A rare opportunity has emerged for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a well established country practice. Our client is a multi-disciplinary law firm with offices across Kent. They have a strong and loyal network of clients across local businesses and private clients and have an enviable reputation in the area. Boasting low staff turnover and excellent progression prospects, they are an excellent place to work. Entering at Associate level with a view to an accelerated progression plan, the successful applicant will be responsible for looking after a loyal client base carrying out commercial property transactions across agricultural, residential, development and other commercial areas. It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 7 years' PQE, have excellent technical skills and a strong background in client cultivation. There is a good active client base, so candidates do not need to have a following, but must be able to demonstrate the ability to nurture client relationships and provide exceptional service . Candidates with a mixed background in Commercial and Residential Property are encouraged to apply. Salary is very much dependant on experience, but will be competitive.
