SUMMARY: Employment Solicitor, West Midlands- This well respected national law firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor to join them on a fee share basis JOB TITLE: Employment Consultant Solicitor (Self Employed Consultant) PQE REQUIRED: 5 LOCATION: Birmingham(Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Solihull) SALARY: Circa £40k-£60k dependent upon billings THE ROLE: A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Employment Solicitor to join a modern and progressive law firm within West Midlands. The firm is looking to extend their expert Employment team with a dedicated and passionate Self Employed Consultant who can join them on a Fee Share basis. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Employment Solicitor who would be keen to consider a self-employed consultancy position with existing instructions to work on. From this you will receive an agreed percentage of your fees, as well as the back office support in place at this well-established firm. This position will enable the successful Self-employed Employment Consultant to work on a flexible basis, either part-time or from home as desired. The successful Employment Solicitor will be a confident and professional individual with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Employment Law gained in a respectable law firm. You should have experience of dealing with your own advocacy and experience of marketing and managing a full caseload within a well-regarded law firm.
