Legal Counsel
Overview
A market leading Healthcare company are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their commercial legal team based in Central London. The organisation is at the forefront of procuring and delivering pharmaceuticals across many international markets and this role sits as part of a lean legal function within their global procurement business. The role will involve providing strategic business and legal advice to senior management working closely with the Head of Legal who is also based in London. Day-to-day work will include a wide range of commercial legal issues as well as compliance and regulatory work (amongst many other areas). The idea candidate should be a qualified lawyer (assume circa 2-4 PQE as a guide but please note candidates outside of this range are encouraged to apply), have good commercial legal experience gained in either a private practice or in-house setting. Those with experience within Pharmaceuticals or broader Life Sciences are highly desirable but all sectors will be considered assuming the right transferable skills.
