Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the West Midlands. The role will be on a locum basis initially for a 3-6 months period, however there is a strong possibility of this to be extended. The Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to draft, negotiate, and review contracts on behalf of the Council which may include: Goods and Services Social care EU Procurement Construction contracts experience such as JCT and NEC matters is desired The Council offer flexible working arrangements, which may include condensed working hours and working from home.
