REAL ESTATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE (MID-SENIOR LEVEL) AT TOP UK INTERNATIONAL FIRM
Overview
A top UK international firm is looking for a Real Estate Finance Associate at the mid-senior level to join its growing Real Estate Finance team in London. The Team: The Real Estate Finance team is building out its international practice and already has a strong Hotel Finance offering. The team is part of the firm’s International Real Estate Group and (physically) sits alongside both the Real Estate and Banking departments. The team are looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Associate due to a strong pipeline of work. The Role: In this Real Estate Finance role, you will work closely with both the Real Estate Finance and Banking partners. You will also have the option to assist with Sports Finance and Energy Finance work. The work will be largely international, with a good balance between lender and borrower work. You will also play a significant role in the Real Estate Finance team’s business development activities and there are excellent progression opportunities available for the right candidate. Requirements: To be successful in this Real Estate Finance role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have gained experience working in a well-regarded Real Estate Finance or Banking practice. You will have a good understanding of the LMA Real Estate Finance Facility Agreement and associated security documents and have experience of project managing real estate finance transactions.
