Overview
This is an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer with an excellent level of technical expertise to join a busy conveyancing team based in Lincoln. You will have experience of the process in full from start through to post-completion. You will have excellent client communication skills and will be able to title check freehold and leasehold properties, raise enquiries and check replies received, mentor and support members of the team to assist their progression and provide coaching and training to more junior conveyancers. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to maintain rapport with estate agents and other networks. The ideal conveyancer will have upwards of 4 years' experience fee earning within busy residential property teams.
