The firm is very well known within the conveyancing sector and this role would suit someone looking to take on responsibility - supervising a small team handling a range of matters including new build purchases, freehold, shared ownerships and general complex residential property matters. You will be expected to handle the current workload but also to grow the branch too. You will be self-motivated, able to organise a full workload and use your excellent time management and organisational skills.
