Plant/Financial Controller South Wales 16982/200 £38,000 - £42,000 Excellent company benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plant Controller to join this market leading manufacturer that operate on a global scale and have an excellent reputation for excellence and quality. The company have invested heavily across the whole business including significant investment at their South Wales facility. As a Plant Controller you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to the business to ensure decisions are made based on sound data, reported costs are reliable and assets of the business are utilized effectively. Role & Responsibilities: Budget calculation - setting accurate standard product costs Monitoring of actual costs set against the budget Maintain finished goods in SAP - Bills of materials and routings to ensure changes are accurately recorded in the costing system SAP Key user - Ensuring others are able to make best use of the SAP system Cost awareness training for the site Carry out month end reporting of plant EBITDA and KPI's to ensure comprehensive management information including margin analysis Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous experience working in a financial control or plant controller role Part qualified/qualified accountant Strong SAP experience is essential Strong organisational and time management ability Excellent communication skills IT literate with good knowledge of spreadsheets Benefits Package: £38,000 - £42,000 annual salary Performance bonus up to 15% Contributory company pension Monday to Friday based role Further company benefits If you are interested in this role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant Nick Greenland directly at or call him for a confidential discussion on .
