Overview
An immediate requirement has just been confirmed for a Helpdesk Assistant to work within a national provider of student accommodation. Based in Leeds (LS5), the purpose of the role will be to provide real time helpdesk support to the business which will see you maintaining a computerised system that controls monitoring, reactive work, planned maintenance, goods and service purchase requisitions, receipts of requisitions and administration of invoices. Ideally you will have experience within a helpdesk/ customer services role, where you have logged data, produced reports and assigned work. To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator who is able to multitask and work within a team to ensure the all maintenance tasks are allocated and completed within the companies KPI.s In return you will receive a permanent contract, a salary of £18908, with a confirmed working pattern on 8.30-4.30pm.
