Customer Service Agents £8.95 per hour to £10.00ph Are you looking for a long term temporary opportunity in Customer Services? Do you have recent contact centre experience? I have a number of customer service roles based in the city centre and at Edinburgh park, all are either a minimum of 6 month or temporary to permanent positions. So what will you be doing? Taking inbound calls from customer who may have an issue or be looking for advice Replying to customer emails Providing quotations to customers Working towards a range of KPI targets on call quality, average handling time and wrap time Building rapport with customers Updating customers details on the internal systems Some of the roles that we have are working within financial services so you must be able to pass a criminal record and credit check for these ones.
