Overview
My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Project Tax Manager to join their expanding team. The company has recently acquired a number of properties across London and continue to grow at a rapid rate. As a Project Tax Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Tax advice on a number of projects within a fast-paced company going through the next phase of growth. Assist and advise on transactions undertaken by the group Business & property acquisitions and disposals Intragroup lease and corporate restructuring Bank refinancing working with advisors, head of tax and the wider business. Developing tax forecast and reporting models to help inform good business decisions Drive improvements in the group’s tax profile Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a strong ability to deliver to deadlines. Candidates will be a Qualified ACA or CTA with previous experience in Real Estate.
