Job overview Processing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable Completing purchase orders and VAT returns Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team Completing bank reconciliations for 5 currency accounts Entering financial information into appropriate software programs Processing business expenses Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies Assisting the finance with various tasks, including prepayments and statements Reporting on debtors and creditors Support with handling accruals and prepayments Tasks Purchase orders Purchase ledger invoices Check Statements Supplier's queries Allocate payments Business report Input of new projects Bank reconciliations Receipts report Forecast preparing Expenses Credit Card reconciliation Prepayments Accruals / Depreciation Ad hoc duties Required skills / attributes Confident, friendly and can-do attitude Ability to work quickly and accurately; excellent attention to detail Good concentration; capable of working to deadlines MS Office suite (particularly Excel)/ Sage 200/50 High level of integrity and honesty; discreet and trustworthy Ability to be proactive and assertive when gathering information from team members Experience in the D&B industry is an advantage If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
