Overview
IT Portfolio Manager - Madrid SearchDATA Group are currently looking for an experienced IT Portfolio Manager for a high-profile programme of work with a growing financial services business based in Madrid. The Portfolio Manager will co-ordinate and oversee the delivery of a number of simple changes, provide essential support to specific programmes of work and manage new projects through the review and approval process. The role will be varied, and the Portfolio Manager could be involved in the following activities at any given time - Day to day support to a Programme Manager in all aspects of project management and reporting (including Status Reporting, RAID and Planning). Co-ordination and delivery of single or multiple simple changes. Track, coordinate and prepare changes for review in the Change Forum and Change Investment Board, maintain the project taxonomy and prioritised ranking, overseeing and developing the tools required to support these processes. Role Requirements Previous experience of working in an IT Programme Office and/or Change Team, or experience leading project workstreams. Sound knowledge of Project Management disciplines and controls Good knowledge of an IT Delivery Lifecycle and its component parts Highly proficient in project planning tools Highly proficient in the use of MS Excel Strong skills in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
