Overview

The Change Manager role is responsible for the control, management and communication of any IT driven changes across the business. Working for a leading Publishing company based in central London you will need to: Liaise across departments, communicate and provide updates about Change related activity Provide input into reported change activity and ensure that they are regularly measured against success indicators Supporting change owners and ensuring there is clear expression of the reasons for change. Work with IT Leadership Team with input into the IT Portfolio and IT 3-year plan. Provide Process documentation flows and govern its steps across departments. Establishment ownership and Chairing the CAB or Emergency CAB Ensure that all plans & acceptance activities underpin the successful release of software, hardware and associated configuration items Previous experience in a similar position is essential as well as : Chairing a Change Approval Board Experience of working against SLA's, monitoring chance and release performance against SLAs, participating in effective working relationships to deliver continuous improvement An understanding of IT functions including, Architecture, PMO, Service Delivery, Operations & Infrastructure Experience of change managing applications, end user devices, network infrastructure and telecoms systems and services This is a permanent position paying £40,000 - £45,000 depending on relevant experience If this position is something you are interested in, then please apply Alternatively contact Ellis at Huntress on Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
