Overview

A National Account Manager is required by a leading distributor of specialist mortgage solutions (e.g. residential mortgages, second charge mortgages, buy to let, development finance, commercial finance, short-term lending and unsecured finance) to the financial intermediary market. This is a home / field based role. Covering a region across the North of England (actual territory to be defined by the successful candidate's location), you will build, manage and maintain a network of intermediary partners, providing regular support and interaction and building brand awareness. You will benefit from an existing client back of over 11,000 contracted clients, re-establishing relationships that may have faded over time or simply spreading the word within larger networks. You will be required to deliver presentations, workshops, roundtable and other sales events, always working in line with FCA regulatory requirements. You will be experienced in a Relationship Management, Account Management or Business Development role within the financial services arena, preferably with specialist lending experience (experience with another distributor or specialist lender would be highly advantageous). You will be a confident presenter across a range of formats and will be both highly motivated and a self-starter. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
