Permanent Position -7/33 Care Team Leader - Nights - Care Home with Nursing - Elderly Care - Bideford, Devon State of the art, Residential / Nursing Home specialising in high standards of elderly care in luxury setting, is now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Night Team Leader to join their fantastic team. This role is suitable for a passionate person who is currently a Senior Care Assistant and looking for career progression or someone who already have experience as a Team Leader and now simply looking for a change. Night Shifts - 8 pm to 8 am - lunch breaks paid for - free meal provided Location: Bideford, Devon Salary: £10.25 per hour fantastic benefit package We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Team Leader for our client, reputable care home, based in Bideford area who specialise in enriching lives of elderly residents. Team Leader will manage, supervise and monitor a well-played team of Care Assistants as well as you will be responsible the best standards of person centred care are delivered to vulnerable residents. Ability to administer medication, previous experience gained in similar care setting and good leadership skills are essential for this role.
