Recovery Practitioner RGN/ODP - Private Hospital £30,000-£36,000 plus Pension, Private Medical Insurance & More London Full-Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a valued client who are in search for a Recovery Nurse to join their Theatre Department. Located in North London, this leading Private Hospital offers a full range of services including Orthopaedics, Cosmetics, ENT, Endoscopy, Gastro, General, Gynae, and Urology. They receive excellent patient feedback, so are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team who are dedicated to providing the best level of care. The Role The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per weeks, which will include a mixture of long days, shorter shifts and the occasional Saturday cover to fit in with their internal rotation. We are looking for a professional, dynamic and patient-focused individual with previous recovery experience. In order to be successful with this opportunity you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) registered with NMC, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC. If you have a minimum of one year's experience within theatres and are looking to be a part of a positive, forward-thinking and dedicated team, then this could be ideal for role for you. Role Requirements - RGN or ODP - Registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration - Previous recovery experience within theatres - Passion for high quality patient care - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High sense of personal responsibilities - Ability to work as part of a team - Passion for high quality patient care Summary My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Recovery Nurse to join their expanding team. In return, there is a generous salary of up to £36,000 on offer, plus excellent benefits including pension, annual leave, private health cover and more, which will be discussed at interview stage.
