Sounds like an ambitious goal, and you would be right We’re currently looking for an incredible Digital Marketing coach to create and deliver exceptional digital marketing training for our apprentices as they progress through their digital marketing qualifications, and you’ll be in the thick of the action. A day in the life: A day in the life of a coach can vary from day to day, but examples of a day in the life could look something: 9am - Arrive at your first session with an apprentice. These run roughly 3 hours, and include delivering a stimulating applied learning session, developing SMART targets with the apprentice and exchanging rich, constructive feedback with the apprentice and line manager. 12pm - Find a place to pop down and knock out some admin This might be catching up with other apprentices, line managers or your colleagues. Likewise, it gives you a chance to catch up on your emails or marking, grab lunch and travel to your next session. 2pm - Arrive at your second session, repeating the same steps from the first. 5pm - One of your apprentices is delivering a pitch tomorrow to senior marketing execs - you give them a call to wish them good luck Some days vary in that you may spend the morning or afternoon in the WhiteHat HQ, observing other coaches for best practice tips, holding catch ups with your apprentices, running a Flying Start (induction for new apprentices) or planning for your programme About you: You are a digital marketing pioneer. If you're a bit of a digital nerd too, always looking at the next development in the space to further your development, so much the better You have excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices and have prepared marketing strategies and campaigns in the field You have a way with people at all levels, from senior stakeholders to people at the start of their career. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
