Overview
An Administrator is required to work for an organisation in Oxford on a 12 Month FTC, up to £23k. Your new company This globally recognised company that works to tackle challenges in the healthcare industry. Operating on a global scale, this organisation is passionate about providing a bespoke service which delivers long term results that have a real business impact. Due to success and market growth, a permanent Administrator is needed to work in the UK business in Oxford. Your new role Your role plays an integral part of the Office Support team. You will provide administrative support within the office, including greeting visitors, sorting post, dealing with client lunches and generally making sure the office facilities are presentable as well as assisting the senior management team with travel and diary arrangements. What you'll need to succeed You must be readily available to start the role and have strong administrative experience. This is a very busy role so you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances. You must be able to feel comfortable working in a team and adapting to changeling situations in difficult surroundings. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary up to £23k.
