Overview
Tired of the doing a traditional PA role? Are you looking for something dynamic with an opportunity to get involved with projects and working directly with clients? Then look no further We are working with a very successful Executive Coaching and Business Psychology consultancy, who are seeking a credible and highly organised PA to partner with a range of client focused teams and able to juggle multiple demands this would involve. The role of the PA is to provide support to various teams, usually 5-6 consultants; organising their activities and being the day-to-day contact for specific clients and projects, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders and taking full ownership of multiple diaries and the teams travel arrangements and various processes relating to the entire client portfolio. Supporting teams with administration with client accounts across the client portfolio. Complex diary management and scheduling, across multiple time zones. Effectively building relationships with clients and consultants within the team. Attending client meetings (internal and external) where necessary Liaising between clients, consultants and the wider business to deliver to deadlines. Tracking, monitoring and reporting (such as scheduling, and tracking consultants’ coaching appointments). Organising travel - domestic and international travel, hotels etc. Data management, document management and version control. Co-ordinating, preparing and providing administrative support to client events. Working closely with members of the PA and project management team to assist in the smooth running of projects their consultants are aligned to.
