Overview
Seven Social Care are looking for an interim Head of Domestic Abuse & Modern Slavery Response Services to work in South East London. This position is initially for a period of 12 months and will be paying £29.68 per hour via an umbrella company. The role: To provide senior operational leadership to Hestia's domestic abuse and modern slavery response services. Monday - Friday 09:00 -17:30 working. Candidates will be based at London Bridge with travel throughout operational region. Key Responsibilities: Operational leadership of the domestic abuse and modern slavery response teams. Ensure that services meet the needs of users and service design and delivery is co-produced. Work in partnership with the Directorate to shape the strategic direction of domestic abuse and modern slavery response. Externally represent the organisation as an expert authority on domestic abuse and modern slavery. Maintain up to date knowledge on developments, best practice and trends within areas of responsibility. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: N/A. Experience: 2 years working within a similar role in the UK. Compliance: Current DBS check. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
