Overview
My client, an award winning 2AA rosette restaurant and small luxury hotel operation based on the Roseland peninsula are seeking to appoint a CDP to join their team. The team are a hard working, close team of 6 and work with some of the most amnazing produce the county has to offer. You will have a proven track record working in quality establishments and have had at least 2-3 years experience exposure in 1-2 rosette operations. The role is full time permanent role, 5 days a week, shifts are 12 noon to 10pm, 2 days off per week. You will have access to your own transport due to the location of this beautifully located hotel.
