Sous Chef Salary: £27,000pa DOE Locations near to St Austell and Truro area 40- 48 hours per week Great opportunity Our client, who owns several restaurants on Cornwall’s Coast, are looking for career driven Sous chefs to join and support their dynamic kitchen brigade within two of their restaurants. As the Sous chef you would be required to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and all operations in absence of the head chef ensuring the training and support for junior chefs. You will need to have good leadership skills and be personable, whilst being able to turn your hand to any section of the kitchen using local fresh ingredients while delivering high quality dishes within a fast-paced environment.
