Sous Chef- Restaurant- Near Truro- Up to £25,000 Paramount Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for a harbour side restaurant known for making the most of the fantastic fish and produce on their doorstep. The restaurant has a wonderful reputation for brilliantly prepared food and is looking for someone to come on board to continue with the great work. The restaurant is casual dining with simply prepared dishes crafted around locally sourced seafood and produce. While they aren’t aiming for a Michelin star, they have been included in their guide for the past four years and have earned a number of positive reviews in both local and national press. This is all a result of very high expectations in regards to the quality of the food and the skill in which it has been prepared.
