My client is a global technology giant situated in Central London. The company are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the rapidly growing subsidiary they have launched. The subsidiary provides cutting-edge online technology and already turns over £17 million. The successful candidate will be fully qualified ACA with SME and tech experience. This is a great opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Taking full ownership of the company finance function to deliver top and bottom line results Working extensively with the CEO to produce a long term business plan Creating the operating budget for the COO and reporting on budgets to the board Liaising with key stake holders and developing new business opportunities Full control of the monthly/quarterly and annual reporting function Implementing first class systems and controls Ownership of tax compliance and strategy Business partnering with non financial divisions to drive profitability Desired Skills and Experience Must be fully qualified ACA Highly motivated and pro-active self starter Prior SME and tech experience is essential Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Previous experience of managing and developing staff Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent Excel skills
