Overview
Outreach Support Worker £21-£25 000 p.a. (plus £500 bonus after successful 6 month appraisal.) Surrey-wide Full-time 35 hours a week Alpha Extreme Services i s a valued community enterprise which is owned by Catalyst a Surrey charity for over 30 years supporting people with alcohol, drug and wellbeing issues. Due to unprecedented demand we currently have 3 vacancies for exceptional people. Candidates will have a proven background in care/support work. You will be mature and non-judgemental and have a desire to support complex, difficult to engage clients to live in the community. Alpha also provide extreme cleans, often to people who hoard or have complex needs. Alpha works with the people many mainstream providers do not. This is a unique and challenging role. You will be part of a large well-supported team, be able to carry out manual work and be a car driver/owner. Uniform, travel expenses and generous holidays provided.
