A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer with 4-9 years' PQE. As part of this successful Commercial Department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial contract work including: Drafting complex contracts Procurement Negotiating liability Indemnity provisions Managing risk.
