Overview
Our client, a commercial law firm in Leeds is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor of between 2 and 10 years PQE, to undertake work focused in the Healthcare sector. The Property Department has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and that growth is set to continue, with major tender wins on high profile projects across the country. The vacancy has arisen due to expanding workflows in the Healthcare team and there are genuine promotion prospects for the successful candidate. The role involves advising NHS clients on Property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings through to the ongoing management of property portfolios. Candidates do not need to have previous experience of working on matters relating to the Healthcare sector but an interest in the NHS and a desire to specialise in work related to the NHS estate is important.
