Residential Conveyancer – Home Based An opportunity for a home working Residential Conveyancer has arisen at of the country's leading and largest residential conveyancing practices. The firm have grown significantly over the past number of years and are currently as busy as ever. The Role In joining the team as a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion. The caseload will consist of the full remit of conveyancing matters, to include: Freehold Leasehold New build Shared ownership This role will offer you the opportunity to work exclusively from home after a short office based period to acclimatise to their specific systems. Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with the following attributes: 5 years’ experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Proficiency in handling their own caseload Experience of advising on the residential conveyancing matters listed above The ability to work comfortably and efficiently at home What’s on Offer?
