Overview
Sue Ross Legal are excited to be working with a leading provider of Private Client services, who are currently seeking Wills and Trust Paralegals/Fee Earners to join their team based at their Sheffield office, just on the outskirts of the city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a modern, forward thinking firm, where you will join a growing team and have the responsibility of managing a range of incoming cases. Duties may include: • Writing wills • Liaising with clients over the phone • Advising clients on the best products to suit their needs • Conducting telephone appointments • Building and maintaining relationships with clients • Progressing cases through to completion • Assisting with supervision of legal administrators • Updating in-house systems The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years experience in a similar role already, however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered. A broad knowledge of Private Client Law is required, with a particular emphasis on Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts being desirable. Being completely paperless, our client is looking for ambitious and motivated candidates sharing the same vision, to really grow and develop with them.
