Established firm requires a Property and Litigation Paralegal for its office in North London. We are actively seeking a paralegal to join a dynamic practice on a full-time, permanent basis. Working alongside experienced fee earners in the litigation and property department, the successful candidate will be able to manage a mixed caseload with minimum supervision. Responsibilities • Insolvency litigation • Director and shareholder disputes • Possession proceedings • Landlord and tenant • Enforcement and leasehold covenants • Property litigation • Sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Equity transfers • Lease extensions The Candidate • Paralegals with a minimum of one years experience in property and litigation • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities is crucial • Eager to participate in networking, marketing and promotional events • Keen to contribute to newsletters and social media activity The Firm Possessing affiliations with a range of professional legal and financial bodies, this firm is highly regarded for its strong level of client care and practice management.
