The role This is an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join this expanding, top 100 firm based in the West End, London office. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead the department, working in collaboration with the firms other Partners. You will be part of the newly established London office in this Legal 500 firm. The department deals with a broad range of work and client base across a growing number of industry sectors, this variety will make for an interesting caseload. They support their clients out of their national and international offices. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work. Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients. The Requirements You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE(There is no upper limit for this position) Have a strong technical knowledge Have a good billings history You should have good business development experience You are the type of candidate who can build solid client relationships Salary is well above market rate and is dependent on the experience.
