Corporate Commercial Head of Department/Partner job in Bristol - Top tier firm Your you firm This leading, highly respected Bristol law firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Head of Department/Partner with solid Corporate and Commercial experience to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career; this position has come about due to the continued growth of the firm and increased demand for the development within the Corporate Commercial team. Your new role As Head of Department/Partner, you join our clients existing Commercial Team servicing their client base across the South West. The Corporate Commercial team deals with a variety of quality instructions; the work is wide-ranging and will require collaborative working with other teams in Bristol, Cardiff, London and further afield. You will enjoy an impressive range of both Corporate and Commercial work including, mergers and acquisitions, company buy-outs and buy-ins, company formations, shareholder agreements, share capital, joint ventures and share rights as well as drafting general commercial documents. What you will need to succeed You will be an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a high level of expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law. You will be used to working in a fast-paced team environment and will be happy to run matters autonomously or as part of a wider team. It is anticipated that you will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE).
