General Manager - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - Newly refurbished Hotel, looking to achieve high accolades - Salary Negotiable Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular hotel in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, which is about to undergo an extensive refurbishment and expansion and we have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join their team. Why choose our client? Our client has just taken over a popular hotel in the Peterborough, Cambridgeshire area, and is investing into its refurbishment and re branding. The hotel is taking a new path and strives to become one of the country's finest destination venues. A new Coffee Shop, Cookery School, Microbrewery, and Bakery are being added to the already established restaurant and dining room. The new owner is also looking to add a luxury wedding facility to the grounds. What's in it for you? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to make an impact on this exciting expansion project. You will work closely with the owner and new Executive Chef to design and deliver an amazing new concept. Package Negotiable What's involved? As General Manager, you would be responsible for the day to day operation of the business to include motivation and management of your team and operational budgets. Your goal will be to deliver an excellent service to customers, working with the owner and the new management team to create a stunning new concept.
