What the role involves As an IT manager, you will work cross-functionally to support the Company’s international business and users across different locations across Europe; You will support basic office IT infrastructure, provide IT services and IT assets management; manage regional and group-wide projects such as new office build project, company-wide project support . Manage all stakeholders and deliver IT projects across European offices Act as a business partner to support senior business leaders in the region Collaborate with different functions including HR, finance, admin, procurement, legal teams to support regional businesses Coordinate multiple resources from regional offices and Head Quarter to support M&A integration Provide a high level of IT services against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Work in a global team to drive user experience excellence and technology innovation Provide critical leadership and management for strategy development Experience needed · 5 years of work experience in large enterprise companies · University degree in computer science or equivalent experience in IT · Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and ITIL methodology · Proven ability of project management · Mandarin and English (Speaking and writing) essential · Familiar with Cisco audio and video conference solutions · Familiar with Mac OS system.
