Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient administrator to join a local professional organisation. You will be providing administrative and general support to the team as well as liaising with customers that are in the process of completing their course. This role will also include dealing with internal and external queries efficiently and effectively, whilst updating and maintaining internal databases. Key Responsibilities: Work with the team co-ordinator to ensure all centres have signed contracts for the Apprenticeship standards for which they are engaged. Monitor centre registrations to assist with forecasting delivery requirements and dates. Complete pre checks for scheduled assessments in line with assessment plan requirements. Support the team co-ordinator and managers with potential applications ensuring initial holding responses are sent and applications are filed. Ensure correct data is filed for each learner after courses. Raise purchase orders and invoices where appropriate. Booking and arranging meetings. Monitor and maintain enquires via mailboxes. Provide advice and guidance on assessment Services’ systems to internal and external customers. Suggest system changes to help streamline Assessment Services’ processes. Provide admin support for future applications for approval. Process for incorrect certificate claims in line with company procedure. Log and assign complaints and appeals to relevant team members in line with company complaints and appeals procedure and process. Work with Assessment Services Support Officers as required. The successful candidate will be IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with various internal and external contacts.
