Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated team player to join us as a Team Administrator aty our modern open planned offices in Hertford. We are a top 10 social care recruiter in the UK, supporting local authorties nationwidend hundreds of social work professionals in the field. Supporting a team of 10 consultants, duties will include: Managing Timesheet and Payroll process Contacting candidates and guiding them through the timesheet process Using social media, our website and job boards to post adverts Maintaining management information using excel Keeping records up to date using our CRM system Managing candidate compliants and referring them to the correct person/department Arranging and booking social events Working hours are 9-6 Monday to Thursday and 9-5 on Fridays.
